- Ultra-High Frequency (UHF)– As the name sounds, the frequency range of UHF RFID tags is between 860 MHz and 960 MHz, which is higher than any other RFID frequency tag. It is known for its extreme capabilities for faster data transfer rates with a reading range of 12 m.
